Free for all ages, Colby Museum's Community Day brings local partner organizations, businesses, community groups, and artists together on campus for an day of art making, storytelling, performance, outdoor games, and more.

New this year! We will have a free shuttle running between the Paul J. Schupf Art Center and campus.

This year, we celebrate the exhibition Imagining an Archipelago: Art from Cuba, Guam, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, and Their Diasporas with islands-inspired music, karaoke, and the chance to make art with artists featured in the exhibition!

Community Day is generously supported by the Fullgraf Foundation.

Artists: 2026 Lunder Institute for American Art Fellow Maria de Los Angeles and Thea Canlas

Music: Bomba de Aqui - Puerto Rican Music and Dance

Food: Falafel Mafia, Taco the Town, Sojourn Water Ice, Borderlands Coffee, Stonefox Creamery, Jay's Dumpling Truck, Colby Hot Dog Stand, and more!
